  1. Using tetrafluoroethylene as raw material
  To synthesize bromodifluoroacetyl chloride from tetrafluoroethylene, tetrafluoroethylene and sodium methanol are formed into trifluorovinyl methyl ether at 60℃. Then it was added with bromine and then oxidized to remove the ether to obtain bromodifluoroacetyl chloride. However, the yield of this reaction is relatively low, and the yield of ethyl difluoroacetyl chloride is about 30 percent based on tetrafluoroethylene.
  2. Vinyl trifluoride as raw material
  The raw material of vinyl trifluoride was used to synthesize CF2Br CFCl Br, and then oxidized with sulfuric acid and sulfur trioxide. 40% of fuming sulfuric acid with the molar ratio of SO3/CF2Br CFCl Br equal to 1.5 was reacted for 20h to obtain bromodifluoroacetyl chloride with a yield of 85%, and ethyl difluoroacetate was obtained by separating the obtained bromodifluoroacetyl chloride and leaving it in anhydrous ethanol.
